Lincoln, NE — April 21, 2026 — NP Dodge Real Estate is proud to announce that Molly Parde, April Buffum, Valerie Hervert and Becky Stewart have been recognized with the 2025 Mark of Excellence from the Nebraska REALTORS® Association. The prestigious recognition honors REALTOR® members who demonstrate a strong commitment to professionalism, client service, community involvement and active participation at the local, state and national levels of the real estate industry.
The Mark of Excellence Award recognizes Nebraska REALTORS® who go above and beyond in their dedication to the real estate profession and the communities they serve. The recognition reflects the recipients’ ongoing commitment to upholding the standards of the REALTOR® organization while making a positive impact through their work and involvement.
In addition to the Mark of Excellence Award, April Buffum was also recognized with the REALTOR® Pro Award from the Nebraska REALTORS® Association.
The Nebraska REALTOR® Pro certification is awarded annually to REALTOR® members who demonstrate active engagement in their REALTOR® association and community. The designation recognizes members who take an active role in advancing the profession and exemplify a commitment to professionalism and involvement.
